MLA vs. APA

Similarities:
1) Both are giving the author credit of their work
2) Both use parenthetical citations
3) Both use hanging idents when you write a citation
4) Both use double spacing
5) Both use times new roman and same margins and size 12 font

Differences:
1) APA uses a title page
2) Top of the page headers are different
3) Different types of reference page
4) In text citations are different
5) APA has different ways to phrase short and long citations

Strength and Weakness
